When we receive the booking form you will be sent a confirmation with full details of your holiday and the balance due. Please check it carefully and telephone us immediately if it is not correct. The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday by debit or credit card. Reservations taken less than 6 weeks before the start date are payable in full at the time of booking. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

In the event of alteration or cancellation of your holiday, charges are payable as set out in our Terms and Conditions of Booking.

Security / Damage Deposit of £100 or £150 (depending on cottage) is requested when paying the balance. See terms and conditions for full details and how this will be refunded.

Tariff 2012

The cottages are offered on a weekly letting basis (7 nights), Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is from 3.30pm and departure time before 10.00am the following week.

Short breaks are offered according to availability at a separate tariff, (minimum of 3 nights). Full payment for short breaks is required in advance. One small, well-behaved dog welcome in Shire Cottage during low season only (before end March and from 1st October) - at extra charge.

For long term, business or relocation requirements, please contact us to discuss preferable terms. Wherever possible we will try to be flexible and accommodate your needs.

Linen, electricity and gas are included. All bed linen is provided and the beds are made up for your arrival. Tea towels and towels are provided: one hand and one bath towel per person. Cot, highchair and stairgates are available on request at the time of booking (subject to availability). Allocated parking is for one car per cottage with the exception of Dray Cottage which has two. Additional parking may be available if required, but cannot be guaranteed. Tea, coffee, sugar and one pint of milk are supplied as a Welcome Pack on your arrival. Plus a few other small extras such as toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc.

Should an answerphone service be in operation please leave your name, telephone number and the dates you require so that we can contact you as soon as possible. We will request a 20% deposit to secure the booking which is payable by debit or credit card. A booking form will then be sent for you to complete and return within 7 days to confirm the booking.
