• Separate downstairs Shower Room with Toilet
• Utility Area with Washing Machine
• Private rear garden is fully enclosed with access gate and pathway to parking area and front of property. Garden includes patio with table, chairs and washing line

Dray Cottage

5 bedroom (sleeps up to 8)

FIRST FLOOR
• Main bedroom with king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with W.C., bath and separate shower
• 2nd bedroom with double bed
• 3rd and 4th bedrooms with single beds
• Family bathroom with WC, bath and hand shower

GROUND FLOOR
• As per 3 bedroom cottage plus 5th bedroom with double bed and TV/DVD player

The Cottages

The four cottages are set in their own secured grounds by means of electronic gates (key pad operated). In addition, each cottage has its own private and secure rear garden, making this the perfect holiday accommodation for families with small children. Secure off-road parking behind the security gates is an additional benefit (one space for each cottage, except Dray Cottage which has two).

The emphasis is on comfort and quality, with a high standard of furnishings featuring beautiful co-ordinated fabrics and sumptuous trimmings. Gas central heating is standard throughout, making this the perfect location, whatever the time of year.

*One small, well-behaved dog welcome in Shire Cottage during low season only (before end March and from 1st October) - at extra charge. Guide Dogs accepted.

Tea, coffee, sugar and one pint of milk are supplied as a Welcome Pack on your arrival. Plus a few other small extras such as toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc.
